
​What is Floatation Therapy or Sensory Deprivation Therapy?
It is large pods filled with 300 gallons of warm water and 1000 pounds of magnesium sulfate (Epsom Salt) allowing you to Float effortlessly reducing physical stress from your joints and muscles. Magnesium also helps with inflammation, relaxation, anxiety and pain.

Are there any restrictions for Floatation Therapy?
Yes.
If you are diagnosed with Epilepsy or seizure disorders you will need to clear it with your doctor before Floating.
Ones with open wounds or skin conditions/infections are not allowed to Float until completely healed.
If you had a tattoo recently, you must wait until it is completely healed before Floating.
If you have color in your hair that is not set, wait until it is not running color when washed.
Those under the influence are prohibited to Float.
People with incontinence or kidney issues are highly discouraged to Float.

How do I prepare for my first time Floating?
Avoid caffeine a few hours prior to your appointment.
Eat a light meal to avoid being hungry or too full.
Avoid shaving or waxing just before Floating. Salt water will irritate freshly shaved skin.
You may want to remove your contacts prior to Floating.
What do I need to bring to my Float appointment?
We provide ear plugs, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, makeup remover, towels, face cloths. We have a vanity center outside of the room. There are hair dryers and combs available for your use.
However, you may want to bring cosmetics, hair brush, or any personal items.

What do I wear while Floating?
We recommend Floating nude for your own comfort and the integrity of the water. Each of our Float rooms are private with the shower in the room.
